We operate a fully coordinated and networked CAD system utilizing AutoCAD, supported by various other presentation and visualisation programmes. We have in-house colour reproduction facilities and the ability to produce 3D and coloured presentation information and are used to working with electronic data distribution when relevant.

Design

You may have a very specific idea of what you want, or you may be looking for ideas to solve your lack of space. Many clients know that they want more space but don't know how to achieve it. We will design and advise on what's practical and the best use of space. From the smallest extension, to a new house we will take your project from concept to full working drawings.

If you wish ABC to carry out the design and obtain the necessary approvals, we will proceed as follows: -

Initial free consultation.
Full survey and design discussions.
Produce plans, elevations of existing structure
Produce, plans, elevations and section of proposals with, where applicable, alternative schemes.
Invite you into the office to view your proposed plans.
Change any features you are unhappy with.
Produce full drawings for Planning & Building Regulations Approval in, normally, A1 format.
Fill in all the necessary forms submit them to the council along with the drawings.
Deal with any amendments the council may require.
Supply you with the relevant approved documents.
We can also provide a full design and build package to suit your requirements.
